Kelly LaCava

Chief Administrative Officer & Chief Information Officer

Kelly LaCava joined Bay Cove Human Services in 2016, and is responsible for overall strategic planning, management of Information Technology, and ensuring effective administrative functions at Bay Cove, working with all managers within the organization to determine the resources necessary to achieve all current and future goals and objectives.

Prior to joining Bay Cove, Kelly spent 30 years managing Information Technology in the financial industry.

Kelly received a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University and a BSBA in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University. She also has completed executive management programs at Kellogg School of Management, Boston University and MIT.
