Dr. Louis Josephson, President & CEO
Dr. Louis Josephson has more than three decades of professional experience leading mental health and human services organizations, having served as President & CEO for Riverbend Community Mental Health in New Hampshire, Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services in Los Angeles, and, most recently, The Brattleboro Retreat, Vermont’s largest regional free-standing psychiatric health system.
Louis holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Social Work from New York University’s Shirley M. Ehrenkranz School of Social Work, a master’s degree from the Columbia University School of Social Work, and a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University. He joined Bay Cove in June 2022.
