Carley Lubarsky
Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Carley's first 10+ years at Bay Cove were spent as the agency's Vice President of Mental Health Services, leading and overseeing a robust continuum of residential services, acute psychiatric community services, and other supports for individuals with psychiatric disabilities. In 2021, she was elevated to the role of Chief Operating Officer.
Carley has a long history of providing behavioral health services as a clinician, manager, and leader to adults, youth, and families. Her experiences have included the oversight of psychiatric emergency services, jail diversion programs, and new behavioral health initiatives. Carley is a strong clinical leader who is well known for her ability to bring people together to solve complex problems.
In addition to her key leadership role at Bay Cove, Carley also serves as a part-time faculty member at Boston College. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and a master’s degree in social work from Boston University.
