Big news at Bay Cove! Join us in giving a warm welcome to our new President & CEO, Kevin Martone!
As we celebrate 50 years of service, we are confident that Kevin is the leader we need to navigate the unprecedented challenges we face today. He brings a visionary approach and deep commitment to the people we serve.
Kevin joins us from the Technical Assistance Collaborative (TAC), a national nonprofit focused on enhancing behavioral health, homelessness, and affordable housing systems nationwide. Previously, he led New Jersey’s Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services, overseeing a $1.5 billion budget, 7,500 employees, and five psychiatric hospitals—driving critical reforms that improved thousands of lives.

Bill Sprague, Interim CEO/President
Bill began his career in human services at the South Middlesex ARC in 1979, working first in residential direct care and then in vocational training. After returning to school for a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Bill joined Center House as the Manager of the Work Experience Program. At Center House, Bill held several positions through the 80’s leading up to his final role as Associate Executive Director. In 1991 Bill left Center House to become President/CEO of South Shore ARC. Bill joined Bay Cove in 1993 as CFO, a position he held for eight years before becoming the Agency’s Executive Director and COO in 2001. In 2011, Bill became the President/CEO of Bay Cove, holding the post for 11 years before retiring in 2022. Bill returned in June of 2024 and currently serves as the interim President/CEO.
