Michael O’Neill

Vice President of Central Services

Michael has been with Bay Cove for 11 years, with most of his career at the agency spent as Operating Manager for the agency’s Mental Health Services. In 2022, he was named to the newly created position of Operations Director for Centralized Services.

Immediately prior to joining Bay Cove, Michael was the Director of Strategic Development at The Edinburg Center. This followed 20 years with the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health, where Michael served as Assistant Commissioner.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Framingham State University.
