Lisa Morishanti

Vice President of Mental Health Community Services

As VP of Mental Health Community Services, Lisa oversees Bay Cove Mental Health Community Services programs that operate under Department of Mental Health contracts—including ACCS, PACT, MH/DS Housing, our MH clubhouses (Center Club and Transitions of Boston) and our MH peer support services. Lisa joined Bay Cove in December 2020 as Director of Adult Community Clinical Services.

Prior to joining Bay Cove, Lisa spent two decades in social work with a diverse range of organizations, including Trinity Management, Inc., Boston Medical Center, Casa Myrna Vazquez and DOVE, Inc.

Lisa has held board and advisory committee positions at HomeStart, Madison Park Development Corporation, and The Network/La Red. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, mathematical statistics, and women's studies from Boston University; a master’s degree in clinical social work from Boston College; and a doctorate degree in social work from the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work.
