Diane Santoro

Vice President Behavioral Health Integration

Diane brings a wealth of clinical experience to her role at Bay Cove, having worked in many different types of community-based clinical programming over the course of her career.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Providence College and a master’s degree in social work from the University of California at Berkeley.

After taking some time away from work to raise her family, Diane re-entered the social work field and began building her knowledge base and programmatic experiences to provide clinical leadership to a wide variety of programs.  Diane has been with Bay Cove since 2011, starting as Clinical Risk Manager for the Mental Health Division and moving on to be the Clinical Director for the Mental Health Division.  From that role, Diane moved into the Community Based Flexible Supports Director and led that program through its transformation into Adult Community Clinical Services. After leading that transition, she returned to her role as Bay Cove’s Clinical Director for the Mental Health Division. In 2021, Diane moved into her current role as the Vice President of Behavioral Health Integration, leading the newest service area at Bay Cove.

Diane oversees the Michael J Gill Outpatient Clinic, the Boston-based Mobile Crisis Intervention team, the Boston Adult Community Crisis Stabilization program, Marie’s Place Community Crisis Stabilization and Respite, the Community Partners program in Boston and Taunton as well as their management company Community Care Partners, the Bay Cove Health Home and the Cape Cod-based Bay Cove Behavioral Health and Wellness Center.
