The CASPAR team and the Strengthening Our Communities (SOC) Committee invite you to celebrate the impactful work of CASPAR, a Bay Cove Human Services program.

This year's celebration at the MIT Welcome Center will honor and showcase the vital work of CASPAR's First Step Street Outreach Team and will honor former Mayor Joseph Curtatone for his impact on CASPAR over the years.
