Growthways, Inc. is a non-profit on a mission to provide community integrated programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We offer trusted services that help people feel supported, valued, and confident as members of their community.
At the heart of our work is a deep belief in the uniqueness and potential of every individual. At Growthways, education, training, advocacy, and compassionate support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities are how we show up for our community. We dedicate ourselves to helping people build meaningful lives defined by dignity, choice, and opportunity. Through high-quality, progressive supports in 16 nurturing home environments, we empower individuals to grow, thrive, and achieve their fullest potential throughout the Brockton, MA region. We also work closely with families and the broader community to foster understanding, inclusion, and independence—ensuring that the people we serve are not only supported, but truly valued as integral members of their communities. Growthways, Inc. is a legal affiliate of Bay Cove Human Services.
