Kevin Costello, VP, Financial Operations & Compliance

Kevin Costello currently serves as the Vice President of Financial Operations and Compliance at Bay Cove Human Services. With over four decades of professional experience, he has a broad background in accounting, auditing and finance. His experience includes audit management; information systems, financial, and operational auditing; financial reporting; consulting and training; and organization management.

Prior to joining Bay Cove, Kevin held the position of Manager of Internal Audit at the Massachusetts Trial Court System and was the first Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) at the Massachusetts Trial Court.

Kevin’s past professional experience includes, Financial Management at the United Way of Mass Bay and providing consulting services to the University of New Hampshire and Massachusetts Trial Court System, including developing and implementing effective internal audit functions that provide independent, objective, assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve operations.

He holds a BS in Accounting from Boston University, Boston, MA. Harvard Business School, Loaned Executive Training, Cambridge, MA, and United Way Worldwide, National Academy of Volunteerism, Financial Management, Alexandria, VA.
