Michael Wagner

VP of Quality, Risk and Compliance & Chief Compliance Officer

Michael Wagner, PhD is a counseling psychologist by training, with extensive experience in behavioral healthcare and human services leadership.  For over 25 years, he has held senior leadership roles in the greater Boston area in healthcare quality, risk management and compliance, in settings that include human services, managed behavioral health, health plans, as well as MassHealth.  Most recently, Michael worked as a senior quality and accreditation leader at Commonwealth Care Alliance.

Over the course of his career, Michael has built quality and compliance programs across a variety of non-profit and for-profit healthcare organizations, and is thrilled to be returning to community work as a member of the Bay Cove leadership team.

Michael enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, and is proud to be a member of Back Bay Chorale, and to serve on its board of directors.
