Terina Keller
Chief of Staff
Terina Keller joined Bay Cove Human Services in 2016 and has built a career across the organization through roles spanning frontline direct care to executive leadership. Today, she serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, helping advance organizational priorities across Bay Cove’s full continuum of services. Terina brings expertise in organizational strategy, change management, cross-functional collaboration, and systems implementation. Throughout her tenure, she has led complex agency-wide initiatives focused on strengthening service delivery and improve outcomes for the communities Bay Cove serves.
In addition to her role at Bay Cove, Terina serves as an Assistant Director at Brown University, where she leads research and community-based initiatives centered on health equity, AI and data-informed impact. Her work brings together academic, community, and cross-sector partners to develop innovative approaches that connect research with practice. Terina holds dual master’s degrees in Public Administration and Global Public Policy from Suffolk University and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Northeastern University. She is recognized for building collaborative systems that translate vision into measurable community impact.
